Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the Likesub360 service. Creating an account or placing an order means you have read, understood and agreed to all of these terms.

This is a courtesy English translation. Likesub360 operates under the laws of Vietnam; the Vietnamese version of this document is legally binding and prevails in case of any discrepancy.

Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Likesub360 is a platform providing social media engagement services at the website likesub360.vn. These terms apply to every individual and organization that accesses and uses the Likesub360 service (collectively “you” or the “user”).

2. Definitions

  • Likesub360 / we: the platform and the entity operating the service.
  • Service: the social media engagement packages listed on Likesub360.
  • Order: a request to use a service package created by you.
  • Balance: the funds you top up into your Likesub360 wallet to pay for orders.
  • Account: your personal login account on Likesub360.

3. Conditions of use

  • You must be at least 15 years old, or use the service under the supervision of a legal guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when registering and placing orders.
  • You are responsible for all activity arising from your account.
  • Likesub360 reserves the right to refuse service where it suspects a breach of these terms or the law.

4. Account & security

You are responsible for keeping your password and login details secure. Every transaction and order made through your account is deemed to have been made by you. Please notify Likesub360immediately if you discover unauthorized access to your account.

5. Ordering & service delivery

  • Orders are created from the package and variant you choose. The price is snapshotted at the time of ordering and does not change afterward.
  • After ordering, Likesub360 receives and processes the order. Progress and completion time depend on the type of service.
  • Once an order has started running, it may not be cancellable, or only partially cancellable.
  • You are responsible for entering the correct link/identifier and keeping the content public throughout the order's delivery.

6. Pricing & payment

Service prices are listed in VND. Orders are paid from your Likesub360 wallet balance. Topping up and using the balance is governed by the Payment Policy.

7. Content rules & prohibited conduct

When using Likesub360, you must not:

  • Order for content that violates the law, or is obscene, violent, fraudulent, or infringes the lawful rights of others.
  • Use the service to spam, harass, or harm third parties.
  • Commit payment fraud, abuse system errors, or interfere with the platform without authorization.
  • Resell the service without Likesub360' written permission.

8. Disclaimer

Likesub360 is an independent service, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform. All trademarks and platform names belong to their respective owners.

Likesub360 makes its best effort to deliver orders as promised but does not guarantee absolute results, as the service depends on the changeable policies of social media platforms. You assume and are responsible for the risks related to your own social media accounts.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Likesub360' maximum liability for an order does not exceed the value of that order. Likesub360 is not liable for indirect or unforeseen damages arising from use of the service.

10. Suspension & account termination

Likesub360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts showing signs of breaching these terms or the law. Balances arising from fraud will be reclaimed.

11. Changes to the terms

Likesub360 may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is published on this page. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law & dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will first be resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent court in Vietnam.
