Payment Policy

1. Currency

All transactions on Likesub360 are denominated in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Service prices, balance, and transaction history are all shown in VND.

2. Top-up methods

Available now: bank transfer / QRPay — processed automatically.
Coming soon: USDT (cryptocurrency) and Visa/MasterCard.

The top-up page only shows the methods available at the time you visit.

3. Top-up process

You create a top-up request for the amount you want.
Transfer the exact amount with the exact reference shown by the system.
The system credits your balance automatically once payment is received — usually within a few minutes.

4. Using your balance

Your balance is used to pay for orders. When you place an order, the corresponding amount is deducted directly from your Likesub360 wallet balance.

5. Unmatched transactions

If you transfer with the wrong reference or wrong amount, the transaction may not be credited automatically. In that case, please contact support and provide the transfer receipt soLikesub360 can reconcile it manually.

6. Top-up promotions & membership tiers

Likesub360 may run top-up promotions and a membership tier program (from Bronze to Diamond) with corresponding benefits. Details are announced from time to time on the platform.

7. Refunds

Refunds for orders are handled under the Refund & Warranty Policy.

8. Payment safety

You should not share your login details with anyone. Likesub360 never asks you for your password via message or phone.

9. Note on balance

The balance in your Likesub360 wallet is an internal means of payment for using the service. It is not an investment product and does not accrue interest.
